We welcome participation from the public at all levels,
from researchers working in the Bay for years, to interns helping out for a season, to volunteers who may want
to only help for a few days at a time. Listed below are the contacts for the variety of ways you can get involved.
TBBP Cooperation
Study Design and Data - Researchers may benefit from access
to our database, help with database design, data analysis,
study design, and securing funding. Contact ben_becker@nps.gov
Historical Research - If
you have already performed research in Tomales Bay, we would
love to incorporate your findings into our dataset and facilitate
distribution of your reports. If you would like to share your
data or reports with us, please contact either joseph_kinyon@partner.nps.gov

Volunteers - If you are interested in learning about scientific reasearch firsthand, volunteers (age 16 and up) can be paired
with researchers to help with data collection. Contact christie

Funding - Most of
our funding is secured though the Point
Reyes National Seashore Association, which serves as the
fiscal sponsor for this project. To discuss fundraising ideas,
